11/10/08 - We have just received our new Special Roast.  It's from the Cooperative Cuzcachapa high in the mountains of El Salvador.  This Bourbon coffee has a wonderful sweet floral aroma, coupled with a citrusy flavor and a vanilla finish.  We roast it to a medium/dark roast to highlight some caramel and chocolate highlights as well.  Order some today!
